My mission is to alter the conversation on the planet in the areas of health, wellness and aging. What does forty, fifty or even sixty look like anyway? Health, vitality and joy are a product of who we choose to be, then our actions are a natural extention of that.
Objective: To inspire and motivate people to reach for their personal best through cooking, nutrition and lifestyle. There aren't many things as satisfying as supporting people to see how magnificent they are! The first step-our commitment to ourselves, is often the hardest. But baby steps, taken over time create BIG changes!
